Esther A. Welsch is an associate attorney with Sarrett Price and focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and business law. Born and raised in Naples, Esther understands Southwest Florida’s local community and unique issues, which drove her decision to return to Southwest Florida to begin her legal practice. Prior to joining Sarrett Price, Esther served as general counsel to boards of directors of condominiums and homeowners’ associations and represented individual and commercial policyholder clients in the resolution of first-party insurance disputes. Before her legal career, Esther served as director of business development for a men’s tie and accessory brand in Chicago.
