Mr. Sarrett is the co-founder of Sarrett Price and practices in the areas of real estate transactions, financial reorganization, insolvency, and bankruptcy, and provides general corporate counsel to closely-held businesses and individual business owners.  Prior to co-founding Sarrett Price, Mr. Sarrett practiced at two regionally prominent law firms assisting local and national sellers, purchasers, and lenders in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions.  He has assisted clients with the sale, purchase, and financing of real property including commercial, retail, and undeveloped real property, foreign investment, and condominium and cooperative formation and ownership.  Mr. Sarrett has experience in state and federal bankruptcy courts representing both creditor and debtor clients, as well as representing lenders and debtors in out-of-court workouts and restructurings.

Mr. Sarrett serves as corporate counsel to various closely-held businesses, including multi-state retail, cloud-based software, and construction companies as well as various physician groups, assisting with pre-organization planning, formation issues, drafting and negotiating all documents relative to ownership, operation, and management of their business. Mr. Sarrett is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, as well as the Middle and Southern Federal District Courts of Florida.
